ENTREES

The Edward Burger Hands (+$10)

“One of the worlds best burgers, ABC world news” A half pound beef patty perfectly grilled and served on a brioche bun, toasted with honey garlic butter. Topped with melted pepper Jack cheese, smoked bacon, a sunny egg, avocado, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato,  drizzled with sriracha aioli and finished with a pair of beetle house scissors which you keep!

Fish Boy

Pan seared salmon, glazed with a spicy and sweet bourbon and chili infused Texas style BBQ. Served with jalapeño and cabbage slaw, finished with a grilled pineapple. Behold, Bill is fish boy! (Add three jumbo seasoned and grilled shrimp $5)

SweenEy Beef (+$12)

A tender 8 oz filet Mignon harvested fresh from local victims. Served atop rustic garlic mashed potatoes, drizzled with a red wine balsamic reduction, sautéed mushrooms, onions, roasted peppers, blood spatter, garnished with blended micro greens and finished with a straight razor you can take home for your own murders.

Deetz no meatz burger (VG, V)

Beyond Burger Patty, Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheese, Little Gem Lettuce, Vegan Garlic Aioli and Avocado Smash on a Fresh Baked Vegan Bun.

Witch’n Hen (GF)

Herbs and Magic create this witchy Salem inspired dish. This chicken will put a spell on you. Oven Roasted Chicken Breast over Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Panchetta, Rustic garlic mashed potatoes, Black Pepper Chicken Au Jus, and Crispy Fried Brussel Sprout Leaves with a meyer lemon zest.

The Black dahlia Burger

Murder never tasted so good! An 8 oz Angus Beef Burger topped with Pepper Jack Cheese, Roasted Tomato, Onion and Bacon jam, Garlic Aioli and Romaine lettuce on a Black Sesame Seed Brioche Bun. (Upgrade to the Edward Burger hands for $10)
