A fresh kill leads to a meaty potato delight! Crispy herbed potatoes, slow cooked seasoned beef, creamy Beurre blanc sauce.

The Nhang kebab. (Also available vegan)

These Armenian-style kebabs blend delicious flavors with savory meats, creamy sauce, and warm pita to offer protection from the Nhang for all who consume them. According to the Armenian legends of the Nhang, evil spirits roam the earth killing and eating everyone who crosses their path. The tale says these were the restless souls of the deceased who died in tragic circumstances or without proper burial rites.

The Rougarou

Hot honey fried chicken and beignets. A Louisiana-inspired devilishly spicy, sweet, and savory dish; perfectly crispy fried chicken, soaked in our hot honey sauce, paired with crispy and doughy beignets.
The Rougarou is the werewolf of Louisiana, a shape-shifter who roams the bayous under the full moon. Cajun parents would tell their children tales of the Rougarou to keep them in their beds at night. To this day, many believe it’s more than a legend.

Human Fingerless potatoes

(Crispy Garlic rosemary Parmesan potatoes )

Crispy potato fingers, tossed in a rosemary garlic and honey butter sauce, then topped with seasoned salt and parmesan.

Hallow potato taco

Crispy fried potatoes, jack cheese, jalapeño, and cilantro. House made salsa and pico de gallo, sour cream drizzle, tempura jalapeño.

Beet le juice salad

Roasted beets, citrus herb whipped goat cheese from the horned beast. Candied walnuts, sweet and balsamic blood drizzle and micro greens.

The Edward Burger Hands 

The best burger in this life and the next: a half-pound beef patty perfectly grilled and served on a brioche bun, toasted with honey garlic butter; topped with melted pepper jack cheese, smoked bacon, a sunny egg, avocado, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato, drizzled with sriracha aioli and finished with a pair of Beetle House scissors that you keep!

KILLER COQ AU VIN

Our take on a French culinary classic. Chicken slow-cooked in wine with lardons, mushrooms, onions, carrots, fresh herbs, and seasoning to create one of the most hearty and flavorful chicken dishes you’ve ever had. Served over creamy mushroom risotto with garlic herbed toast for dipping. This is the perfect, stick-to-your guts meal to get you ready for the evening kill.

SweenEy Beef (+$12)

A tender 8 oz. filet mignon, harvested fresh from local victims. Served atop rustic garlic mashed potatoes, drizzled with a red wine balsamic reduction, sautéed mushrooms, onions, roasted peppers, blood spatter, garnished with blended micro greens, and finished with a straight razor you can take home for your own murders.

Deetz no meatz burger (VG, V)

Beyond Burger patty, Follow Your Heart vegan cheese, Little Gem lettuce, vegan garlic aioli and avocado smash on a fresh baked vegan bun.

Doctors and scientists agree that one way to keep the Grim Reaper off your doorstep is eating a mostly plant-based diet. So here we present a satisfying solution to keep yourself on this mortal plane! The Death Proof steak is a well-seasoned vegan cut served with a delicious mushroom gravy, broccolini, and edible flowers. It’s deadly delicious and healthfully nutritious.

Pétoncles et porc pour lestat (Scallop and pork for Lestat)

Before Lestat became a vampire and lost his taste for human food, he loved the decadence of rich Creole cuisine. This dish pays homage to Lestat with a crispy pork belly, pan-seared scallops in butter and our original “Lestat sauce,”– a reduction of bloody red wine, butter, shallots, honey, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Served with fresh turnip purée, baby carrot and micro cilantro, spattered in the fresh blood of a virgin.

A hearty and flavorful slow-cooked beef bolognese, prepared with tomatoes, fresh herbs, and garlic and served over freshly made pappardelle pasta; topped with micro basil, grated parmesan, and a side of garlic toast.

VEGAN BUTCHERS BOLOGNESE

Flavorful and slow-cooked tomato sauce with Impossible Beef, fresh herbs, and spices served over vegan pasta, topped with micro basil and a sprinkle of coarse salt and a side of vegan garlic bread.

THE EVIL SHRIMP & GRITS

Jumbo shrimp sautéed in hot honey placed in creamy jalapeño cheese grits with crispy jalapeño pieces and crunchy corn.
